My Bloody Valentine
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Freeland Gin
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz simple syrup
Top with Peychaud’s bitters
Top with sparkling wine
Instructions:
Add all ingredients (except Peychaud’s bitters) to a shaker tin. Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a flute glass and top with sparkling wine. Add Peychaud’s bitter float. Garnish with a skewered cherry.
