Ingredients: Gin, Lemon, Cointreau, Strawberry, Peychaud's Bitters, Soda Water
¾ 0z. Freeland Gin¾ 0z. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. Cointreau
3 Tsp. strawberry preserves or jam
2 Dashes Peychaud’s bitters
1 0z. soda water
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Top with soda water.
