Ingredients
2 oz Freeland Old Tom Gin
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz maple syrup
2 dashes cardamom bitters
2 dashes angostura bitters
2 oz sparkling water
Directions:
Build ingredients in a Collins glass. Top with ice and sparkling water. Garnish with an amarena cherry and cherry juice drizzle, and/or a sprig of fresh thyme.
