Ingredients:
Absinthe, to rinse
3/4 ounce Freeland Dry Gin
3/4 ounce Lillet blanc
3/4 ounce orange liqueur
3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Directions:
Add ingredients, except absinthe, into a shaker tin with ice.
Shake for 8–10 seconds.
Rinse glass with absinthe.
Strain into a glass of your choice. Garnish with lemon peel.
